At BGL, our culture is the backbone of everything we do – shaping how we work, how we lead, and how we deliver for each other and our customers.

Over the past few months, we’ve been working with people and culture specialists Hendrick & Hyde to take an honest look at who we are today and where we want to be tomorrow. Through focus groups and our company-wide engagement survey, our teams have been sharing their voices, experiences and ideas for the future of BGL.

This work is about more than a snapshot, it’s about building a stronger, more connected, and more inclusive culture across all our venues and offices. A place where everyone feels heard, valued, and proud to be part of the journey.
